Breakage and Returns Policy

At Earth Studio, we want you to feel confident and excited about your purchase. Each piece is carefully handmade, wrapped, and packaged with love. However, we understand that things can sometimes go wrong in transit — and we’re here to help.

 

Returns & Incorrect Items

We accept returns if:

  • You received the wrong item

  • The item is defective due to a fault in craftsmanship

 

Please contact us within 30 days of delivery via email at earthstudioceramics@gmail.com to discuss the issue.

 

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them

  • They must be returned in their original packaging

  • A return tracking number must be provided

 

***If the return is due to our error, we will cover return shipping costs.

Damaged Items in Transit

(Australia & International Orders)

If your item arrives broken or damaged, we’re truly sorry. While we package our ceramics with great care, breakages can occasionally occur during postage.

​

Please follow these steps within 7 days of delivery:

  1. Take clear photos of the following:

    • The broken or damaged item(s)

    • The outer packaging, showing any damage to the box or satchel

    • The internal packaging (wrap, padding, etc.)

  2. Email them to earthstudioceramics@gmail.com

We will use these photos to lodge a claim with Australia Post or the relevant international postal service.

Once the photos are received and the claim is initiated, we’ll work with you to either:

  • Send you a replacement, or

  • Offer a refund, depending on your preference and product availability

 

Please note: Postal claims can take up to 10–15 business days to process, but we’ll keep you updated every step of the way.

Refunds

Once we receive your return or assess the damage via photo, we’ll notify you of the outcome. If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed promptly to your nominated bank account or original payment method.

  • Replacements will be sent with tracking details provided.
